At Yellowsack, we echo those sentiments; just as every component of our dumpster trucks is well maintained, so do we value our customers and our staff. Heading up our Operations team, Troy is a tour de force; maybe it's because he's a big fan of Bruce Lee, or perhaps it's just because he's filled with enthusiasm and commitment to his team and you. Troy ensures that everything runs smoothly, from supplies to deliveries, the disposal service to customer satisfaction. He keeps the team coordinated and inspires them to do better every day. His mantra is that “'if you don't care about your people, they won't care about your mission.” And with that ethos, it's easy to see why the team works so well together and are happy to work hard to achieve their best. No King Fu necessary!
Vee and her team are here for you
Vee is on hand to ensure your driver gets to you on time and that everything runs smoothly with your pick up. She goes on weekly rides with the drivers to see if she can spot ways to make our service better so that you get your dumpster bag faster and your cleanup is timely and efficient. Vee also oversees your calls with her team, Steph and Helen. They are on hand to answer any questions and to check how your collection went afterwards. Steph took pride in telling us about our speedy service, “sometimes customers ask when the bag will be delivered and often our response is, look outside, it's already there - like magic!” So give them a call because they're happy to assist, and they love to hear your feedback!
