First you buy correct amount of Yellowsack needed, then you pay for the pick up. In our effort to keep pricing simple and transparent, the pick up price only depends on the number of Yellowsacks and the transport fee.

The + Transport fee is a one time charge which is added to every pick up order, independent of the number of Yellowsacks collected. Both the Large and the Medium sized bags can hold a maximum of 3,000 lbs waste, which have no rental fee and has the same low fixed price even if it’s filled completely up to the maximum weight. Due to no rental or overweight fee, we are the lowest priced waste solution in the market.
Just remember that heavy masses as concrete and dirt are for the Medium bags only.
How to source separate
You can throw a mix of all type of debris in one bag or you can source separate the waste in different bags for both cost efficiency and the environment. By source separating the waste the recycling facility will reach a higher recycling rate and you will feel better.

You can safely throw a mix of all type of debris in one bag. This can be furniture, carpet, clothing, all types of home appliances, empty cans of paint, untreated wood and all other type of waste.
Do not throw: Hazardous waste, all types of treated wood, all current / battery, tire, food, liquid waste, grave, plaster, bricks, dirt and concrete. If containing large amounts of dirt or concrete it will be classified accordingly

Load that contains dirt, soil and gravel. May contain some concrete. Due to the maximum weight limit of 3000 lbs we only accept dirt, soil and gravel in the Medium Yellowsack.
Do not throw: Contaminated masses or other wastes such as plastic, etc.

Concrete, bricks & stucco with or without wire and rebar. Due to the maximum weight limit of 3000 lbs we only accept concrete, bricks and stucco in the Medium Yellowsack.
Do not throw: If the bag contains any dirt it will be priced as dirt.

Waste that is 100% untreated wood, without any other materials. Small amounts of metal affixed to the lumber such as nails, hinges or plastics are acceptable.
Do not throw: Large amount of painted lumber, pressure-treated lumber, railroad ties or other treated wood, as this is classified as hazardous waste. Due to new regulations imposed by the Department of Toxic Substances Control, all treated wood waste is considered as Hazardous Waste.

Load containing more than 75% of brush by weight or volume. Brush and tree trimmings, branches, tree rounds, tree chips, brush, leaves, and yard trimmings. If materials contains more than 25% dirt, it will be classified as dirt
Do not throw: If other debris is present it will be classified as mixed waste or dirt, according to the debris type.
Important!
Do not throw hazardous waste in the bags as this has to be handled by special recycling facilities.
Examples of hazardous waste are all types of treated wood, chemicals, paint, batteries, asbestos, solid and liquid waste and more. Due to new regulations all treated wood waste is considered hazardous waste and a $100 fine will be added if found in the Yellowsack.
