At Yellowsack, that's true because our YS vans and trucks represent a team that's got drive - not just skills to navigate your city and deliver your dumpster bag on time, but there's also their determination - to give you the best service and be their best.
Recently we met some of the Yellowsack team, who work behind the scenes of your project, to ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently. Today we'll talk more to one of our operations staff, Stephanie, and some of the team that is out meeting you, our valued customers, making sure that your Yellowsack is delivered on time and often - a little bit early!!

Steph has big plans
Steph works with Helen, our guest service manager, providing support to all of our clients; whether it's an inquiry about drop-off times, pick up times, or anything in between, Steph is on hand to help. Steph and Helen pride themselves on their quick response times and strive to deliver the most stellar customer service. And when Steph isn't handling your query, she likes living in the fast lane - or rather, riding the tracks of rollercoasters at amusement parks. She told us, "If I didn't have to wait in the long lines at Disneyland, I would ride Space Mountain and Guardians of the Galaxy 100 times." She's also a fan of horror events - but she wants to ensure you that there's nothing scary to worry about choosing Yellowsack. Just 100% fast, efficient and dedicated customer service.
In the coming year, Steph is aiming to hit 1500 on our Google review mark, so if you like what we're doing, she'd love to hear from you! She also has big plans as part of our team, hoping to take on more responsibility so that Helen can focus on bigger plans and projects, and perhaps the best goal is that Steph enjoys being part of our team so much that she hopes to be full-time soon. Just like our customers, if our team wants to see more of us, that can only be a good thing!
Heading steady with German
German is one of our delivery drivers; he's out and about daily in San Francisco, finding the best routes to get your Yellowsack dumpster to you on time. German is also a pastor and a family man, a man of standards and loyalty. That's one of the reasons we thought he'd be a great fit at Yellowsack. German hails from Honduras; he has five children, one of whom is already on the way to success at the University of Los Angeles. He told us, "the most important thing is to be united as a family." German, we echo that sentiment!
Andrew’s dedication
Andrew is one of our drivers in San Francisco; he is out delivering your dumpster bags while balancing being a full-time college student, dedication personified! He told us that he joined our team "because I heard great things about your company, and you are always willing to work with my schedule!" That's right, Andrew, just like our bags, and our service, we're flexible! We asked Andrew why he enjoyed being part of the Yellowsack team, and his response was, "Everyone is so unapologetically themselves. Getting to know the team for who they really are makes us more connected, and it's not like anyone tries to put themselves above or below anyone else. We all try to work in unison to the best of our abilities so that we get the job done." Andrew can also cross one eye while keeping the other eye straight (though not when he's driving!). So we're confident he's got his eye on all aspects of your delivery at all times!
The truth is all of our team have our eye on your requests, your projects, and your queries.
